(Abu Hurairah & His Friend)

Volume 2, Book 21, Number 274:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
My friend (the Prophet) advised me to do three things and I shall not leave them till I die, these are: To fast three days every month, to offer the Duha prayer, and to offer Witr before sleeping.

Offer the Duha prayer (Two Rakat's after fajr and before Dhurh), offer the witr prayer, and fast three days in a month (which is as good as fasting the entire month...3 days x 10 deeds = 30 days fasting).
This is somthing, insha Allah, that we shall be able to be very consistent in. It is relatively easy and yet the benefits will be many times that insha Allah.
May Allah make this assignment easy for us and make us consistent.
